Returns Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Bioresonance Tech. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, you can return your item within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Returned within 14 calendar days of delivery
- Unused and undamaged
- In its original packaging, with all tags and accessories attached
- In a resalable condition
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us promptly if there are any issues.
2. How to Start a Return
To begin the return process, please email us at:
Include the following details:
- Your order number
- A short reason for the return
- Whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange
We’ll reply with full return instructions and the return address.
3. Refunds & Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it has been approved.
- Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method, or we can offer an exchange
- Refunds are usually processed within 5 to 10 business days
Items not eligible for return (unless faulty or not as described):
- Opened or used personal care products
- Digital downloads or software
- Custom-made or personalised items
4. Return Shipping
- You are responsible for the cost of return postage
- If the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs or arrange a collection
- Please use a tracked delivery service and keep proof of postage
We cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
